SUPPLIES

+ Printable file
+ 8.5″ x 11″ White Copy Paper (or sticker paper)
+ Scissors
+ Glue Stick (not needed if using sticker paper)
+ Paper Straw

HOW TO

+ Open file and print the PDF.
+ Use scissors to cut out individual flags.
+ Wrap flag around top of straw. If using copy paper, glue the ends of the flag together. If using sticker paper, stick the ends together.
