SUPPLIES
+ Printable file
+ 8.5″ x 11″ White Cardstock
+ Scissors
+ String, Twine, or Ribbon
+ Tape
HOW TO
+ Open file and print the PDF on white cardstock.
+ Use scissors to cut out individual flags.
+ Fold back the top of each flag along the dotted lines.
+ Place flags in a row in the arrangement you prefer. Flip them over.
+ Place string along the row of flags.
+ Tape flap to back of flag making sure the string is secured inside.
+ Repeat with each flag.
+ Hang banner using string ends to tie in place.
