SUPPLIES

+ Printable file
+ 8.5″ x 11″ White Cardstock
+ Scissors
+ String, Twine, or Ribbon
+ Tape

HOW TO

+ Open file and print the pages you need on white cardstock.
+ Use scissors to cut out individual flags, spelling out your custom banner.
+ Hole punch each flag near the top on both the left and right sides.
+ Arrange flags in order.
+ Weave string through each flag.
+ Hang banner using string ends to tie in place.
