+ 8.5″ x 11″ white copy paper
+ Scissors
+ Tape
+ Mini Cupcake

HOW TO

+ Open file and print wrappers on regular white copy paper.
+ Use scissors to cut out wrappers.
+ Wrap your cut piece around mini cupcake. Overlap ends and tape together.
