SUPPLIES
+ Printable file
+ 8.5″ x 11″ White Card stock
+ Scissors or Paper Trimmer
+ Hole Punch
+ String, Twine, or Ribbon
HOW TO
+ Open file and print the PDF on white card stock. Print as many copies as needed to create the perfect length for your banner.
+ Use scissors or paper trimmer to cut out individual flags.
+ Use hole punch to cut out small circles at corners of each flag.
+ Thread string in one circle and out the other.
+ Repeat with each flag.
+ Hang banner using string ends to tie in place.
