SUPPLIES

+ Printable file
+ 8.5″ x 11″ white cardstock
+ Scissors
+ Bottle of Wine

HOW TO

+ Open file and print tags on white cardstock.
+ Use scissors to cut out tags, including hole near the top.
+ Fold tag on dotted line.
+ Place bottle through hole on tag.

There is a variety of cardstock available. You can find it locally easily, but typically the stock is limited to one option. I like this particular paper because the weight of the paper is perfect for this project.
