Options for Prop Handles

You have purchased photo props perfect for your event. Yay!

Now, how do you hold the cool new props? Just as there are many props to choose from, there are also many choices for handles. This is a great dilemma. It creates a personalized event.

Options for Photo Booth Prop Handles

Here are a few good options for the handles:

PAPER STRAWS

Paper straws are great! They come in a wide variety of colors and patterns. Typically they come in a pack of 2 dozen for less than $5. Sometimes you can even find them for 99¢.

LOLLIPOP STICKS

White lollipop sticks are another option. They are a bit on the expensive side. But, they certainly look nice and hold up well. If you would like longer sticks, the ones labeled cookie sticks are the way to go.

DOWELS

Wooden dowels come in many lengths, so are great if you need a particular size. They are simple and basic and work perfectly.

CRAFT STICKS

Prefer a wider stick? Try a craft stick. They are basically a large popsicle stick. Since they aren’t as pointy as dowels and straws, they are a good option for younger kids. They also come in a wavy version, often called fan handles, which are really cute. The wavy ones are more expensive than the regular craft sticks, but they are both reasonably priced.
