SUPPLIES

+ Printable file
+ 8.5″ x 11″ White Cardstock
+ Scissors or 3″ Circle Punch
+ Craft Knife
+ Glow Bracelets

HOW TO

+ Open file and print images on white cardstock.
+ Use scissors or 3″ circle punch to cut out Halloween tags.
+ Use a craft knife to slice along the slits located near the top and bottom of cut tags.
+ Weave the circle tag onto each glow bracelet.
