SUPPLIES

+ Printable file
+ 8.5″ x 11″ White Card stock
+ Scissors or Paper Trimmer
+ Hole Punch
+ String, Twine, or Ribbon

HOW TO

+ Open file and print the 1 page PDF on white card stock.
+ Use scissors or paper trimmer to cut out individual pennants.
+ Use hole punch to cut small circles at top corners of each pennant.
+ Thread string in one circle and out the other.
+ Repeat with each pennant.
+ Hang banner using string ends to tie in place.
