HOW TO

• Open the file and print the 3 page PDF on white cardstock.
• Use scissors to cut out individual flags.
• Fold back the top of each flag along the dotted lines.
• Place flags in a row spelling cocoa. Flip them over.
• Place string along the row of flags.
• Tape flap to back of flag making sure the string is secured inside.
• Repeat with each flag.
• Hang banner using string ends to tie in place.
