SUPPLIES

+ SVG file (available in the Ridgetop Digital Shop etsy shop)
+ Cutting machine such as a Cricut or Silhouette
+ Cardstock
+ Toothpick
+ Adhesive, such as tape or glue
+ Cupcake

HOW TO

+ Open file in your cutting program. Cut file on desired cardstock.
Hint: The image is a bit detailed, so the larger you can cut it the better. Also, be sure your cutting blade is sharp.
+ Tape or glue toothpick to backside of the topper.
+ Place toothpick in cupcake.
